  Virtual Pass Fitness Classes | Can’t make it into the DGLC to take a class, then Virtual classes are the way to go! Virtual classes are run simultaneously with most current fitness classes! Work out alongside DGLC fitness class members from the comfort of your own home. Just look for the classes marked with the home symbol. Many virtual classes are included in the Monthly Core Pass membership that includes unlimited in-person and virtual classes for $35 per month for in-district residents ($40 for others). Monthly core passes are effective for the calendar month, and can be pro-rated. A Zoom account is required to participate in virtual classes.

7:15-8:15P   SH1FT-L1FT | Sh1ft+L1ft is a full-body workout where disciplines like yoga and pilates meet HIIT training followed by strength training and conditioning to sculpt lean, strong muscles. 11-11:45A Chair Yoga | Chair Yoga guides participants through gentle seated and standing poses to stretch and relieve tension. Tailored for those with difficulty getting on and off the floor, the session focuses on building mobility, strength and balance while incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques. Cardio exercises and seated dances are also included to elevate the heart rate. Fran Exercise
Noon-1P Golden Groove Fitness | Golden Groove Fitness is an upbeat and energetic class designed specifically for active aging adults. Get moving to the rhythm of the music while toning muscles and building strength using light dumbbells and calisthenics within individual comfort levels! Liubov Exercise
6-7P 20/20/20 | The 20/20/20 fitness class features three 20-minute segments focused on cardio, strength training and core exercises. The class changes its formats weekly, incorporating varying intensities and exercise types to create dynamic intervals that challenge participants and boost overall fitness. Debbie R. Exercise
7:15-8:15P  Zumba® | This Zumba class is designed for all ages and fitness levels, offering modifications to adjust speed, impact and intensity. The session combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility in an interval-style dance workout that burns calories while providing a total-body exercise. Tony Exercise
Wednesday
9-10A Tai ChiTai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art embraced in the West as a health exercise. It is a gentle practice suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The class unites mind, body and spirit through isometric exercises, balance drills and leg-strengthening moves. Movements are performed slowly and precisely to promote proper body alignment. 10:45-11:45A Silver Sneakers Classic | Silver Sneakers Classic participants can use a variety of equipment such as hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball to focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. Liubov Exercise
6-7P Strength & Flexibility Yoga | This yoga class is for those interested in yoga but are unsure if they are flexible or strong enough for the poses. Half of the class will focus on strengthening the muscles in both static and dynamic movements, followed by stretches to lengthen and loosen any tightness that remains. All are welcome. Fran Exercise
7:15-8:15P Cardio Strength Fusion | Cardio Strength Fusion is a high-energy class that blends interval sprints, circuit workouts and resistance exercises to build muscle and boost endurance. 10-11A In Motion! | In Motion! is a chair-based class designed to enhance mobility, flexibility and joint articulation. The program aims to reduce everyday injury risk and boost strength gains both in and out of class. 5:30-6:15P Aerobics | This high-energy aerobics class invites participants to move, sweat and enjoy a dynamic workout that combines rhythmic movements, cardio exercises and strength training.
