An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday and Friday, repeating until May 31, 2021

This class is designed for all ages. It is an easy-going class with a slow pace. Participants will use various props that include fitness balls, stretch bands, and steps. Use of light or heavy weights is optional. This class includes core and balance exercises. Ages 17+
